What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.

1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposit amount is placed in a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed in a "bonus balance".
1.2 The amount in the cash balance may be requested for withdrawal at any time according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings can be withdrawn once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Progress on the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only wagers placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically voided.
2.5 Each game category contributes differently to the wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table games and live games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to meet bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be voided.
2.7 When a wager uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is called a "mixed wager". In that case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum permitted wager when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a wager higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirement.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits linked to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is displayed in the game window provided for this purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site server. This occurs in real time; however it is possible that the display may only be reset after a short time. Regardless of the jackpot amount shown in the game, the server-side jackpot amount at the time of the win is the prize that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment greater than or equal to 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General Bonus Rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by agreeing to receive the bonus(es) offered by Europa Casino, the player hereby declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus automatically, as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address..
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time limit to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside any promotion, the maximum allowed withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit registration bonus is limited to 100 INR
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as winnings related to them in case of fraud or if the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely for the purpose of completing the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the related winnings.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale system, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunting (non-exhaustive list) is not allowed and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to account suspension and/or forfeiture of any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any wager and/or starting to play in order to remove the current bonus and to disable receipt and display of any future bonuses.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).

5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player's account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
